  1. Discuss the implementation of NIMS-ICS at hazardous materials incidents (7.4.1)
  2. Explain how to establish and transfer command at a hazmat incident (7.4.1, 7.6.1)
  3. Discuss the facets of action plan implementation (7.3.1, 7.4.1)
  4. Explain what components must occur at the end of a hazmat incident (7.6.1)
  5. Skill Sheets 8-1 and 8-2 - provide scene control, evaluate progress
